Llandysul Community Council Website
Llandysul Community Council, like all other Community and Town Councils in Wales, serves the local community and works to improve the quality of life in its locality. It represents electors as their first tier of government and democratic accountability, doing so through exercising a range of statutory powers and duties.
Llandysul Community Council is made up of four electoral wards, Capel Dewi Ward, Pontsian Ward, Tregroes Ward and Llandysul Town Ward and has 12 councillors who represent 2700 residents (2011 Census). At the head of the Council is a Chairman who is elected annually from amongst the serving Councillors. The council employs a part time Clerk.

Heads of corn – farming and agriculture in the area ;
The fish – Angling as the Teifi is famed for the salmon, sewin and trout;
